CONA Consulting is a Liberia-based advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations unlock growth by aligning strategy, people, and technology. Whether navigating change, scaling operations, or investing in workforce capabilities—we guide clients from insight to execution.
We support organizations that are building the future—especially in contexts where talent, technology, and infrastructure are evolving at.
Our work focuses on three priorities:
Execution-Focused Strategy
Helping leaders turn bold visions into measurable, sustained outcomes
Smart Digital Transformation
Tools and systems that enable—not overwhelm—people and performance
Workforce Development
Skilling teams to lead, adapt, and deliver in a digital-first economy

"After a decade of experience in fintech and international development, I launched CONA to bring a new kind of consulting to organizations in Liberia and across Africa—one rooted in trust, practical execution, and local insight. I believe transformation doesn’t begin with technology—it begins with people. CONA exists to help leaders and teams design their future with clarity, purpose, and capability."
